重要「ツアー受け入れ条件改定のお知らせ」
再度強調します。「日本語」と「英語」のツアーは分けています。
弊社カヌーツアーはガイド1人でご案内しています。
その際にツアーで話している言語を理解されない方が漕ぎ手になると
「この先起こるであろう自然現象とカヌーに対する影響、
だから事前に対応するための指示、インストラクション」
が伝わりません。
昨日も残念ですがこのような事象に遭遇しました。
身体的なトラブルは起きませんでした（安全に戻っています）が、
ツアー時間の短縮となっています。
私たちガイドは
「参加されるゲストの皆様の安全」を第一に考え行動しています。
安全を優先した結果、「ご期待通りの結果にならない」こともあります。
昨日もそのゲストから同様のご指摘をいただきました。
本日より、ツアーの受入れ方式を改訂します。
「日本語ツアーでは、全員が日本語を理解できる、コミュニケーション取れること」
「英語ツアーでは、全員が英語を理解できる、コミュニケーション取れること」
を参加条件と致します。
尚、日本語・英語が出来ない海外の友人のために
国内から「代理で」お申込みをする方も時折見受けますが、
受付現場で「お断り」することもありますので、ご注意ください。

[IMPORTANT] Our policy has changed for language use during tour.
As of August 11, 2023, ALL tour we present has new terms as follows;
You need to be able to:
- comprehend and reply the language we use in tour.
In other words, you ALL might need to understand and act when guide instructs it would be the safe option to do so. You CANNOT participate if you do not understand what guide says, when we speak about "your" safety.
You need to understand and reply in Japanese during Japanese tour.
You need to understand and repy in English during English tour.
Our guide service DO NOT use [Chinese; Mandarin or Cantonese], or [Korean] language.
We CAN guide in [Japanese] or [English].
We will decline your request, even at reception, if we cannot communicate.
