Accident Insurance
All paid customers automatically sign up for accident insurance.
(Included in tour fare. Please refer Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk form for detail.)
Regarding your personal information
All paid customers automatically sign up for accident insurance on the day of your activity.
You are signing up for your accident insurance by signing our Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk form.
All of your personal information we collect will be used for insurance purpose and our reference. The informatin will be deleted after use.
Your portrait rights: Use of photo in our blogs
We sometimes take photo of our tour, as "scenes from today".
Please notify us before tour if you do not your figure in those photo. We try not to include you in those scenes.
For all photo, we do not disclose your names anywhere.
When there is no response from you, we regard as "agreed." We may use in our web ads, web photo, blogs, and social media for promotion.
Payment
We will send you URL for payment, after we have confirmed your request and slot openings.
Payment is through "Square" site using your credit cards.
Please pay before the due date.(we normally set due in 7 days)
After we have confirmed your full payment, we will send you "Reservation mail" , now your spot is saved.
Contact from us the day before tour
We will contact you via E-mail about your reservation, meeting points on the day before your participation.
